You retain full ownership of all audio recordings and transcriptions created through our platform. IdeaWriteAI does not claim any rights to your content. We only process your data to provide the services you request.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Subscription & Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
IdeaWriteAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
